MAX CAPITAL GROUP LTD. has announced senior management changes in its Hamilton, Bermuda headquarters and its Dublin, Ireland, regional office.

Meanwhile, ADAM MULLAN, most recently executive vice president of Max Capital's specialty reinsurance wing, will become managing director and executive vice president of MAX RE EUROPE LTD., which is based in Dublin. Though relocating from Bermuda to Ireland, Mullan will keep his post as chief underwriting officer for Max Capital's property and specialty reinsurance efforts.
