You may provide links to the AllBusiness Site, provided: (a) that you do not remove or obscure, by framing or otherwise, advertisements, the copyright notice, or other notices on the AllBusiness Site, and (b) your site does not engage in or reference Adult/Sexual Content, Defamatory, Libelous, or Slanderous Content, Illegal Drugs and Illegal Drug Paraphernalia, Hate Speech, Illegal Activity, Profanity, Suffering and Violence, Obscene or Offensive Content.

User acknowledges and agrees that by providing AllBusiness with any personal or proprietary user information through the Allbusiness Site, user consents to the transmission of such personal or proprietary user information over international borders as necessary for processing in accordance with AllBusiness' standard business practices. User should be aware that Linked Sites may contain transmission of personal data provisions that differ from the provisions provided herein. AllBusiness is not responsible for such provisions, and expressly disclaims any and all liability related to such provisions.

You will be responsible for the content of any material you enter on the AllBusiness Site. AllBusiness retains the right, which it may or may not exercise in its sole discretion, to review, edit or delete any material that AllBusiness deems to be illegal, offensive or otherwise inappropriate.
