SALT LAKE CITY, May 14 /PRNewswire/ --
TenFold Corporation (Nasdaq: TENF), a provider of the Universal Application(TM) and large-scale applications, today announced the resolution of two customer disputes, one of which was with Trumbull Services LLC.
TenFold signed a contract
"By vigorously defending our contractual rights against Trumbull, we were able to resolve this dispute on terms favorable to TenFold," said Jonathan Johnson, general counsel of TenFold Corporation. "TenFold intends to continue to vigilantly defend itself in all outstanding legal matters and bring them to positive resolution."
On another front, TenFold disclosed in its Form 10-K filed on April 12, 2001, that on April 4, 2001, it received a letter from an unnamed customer alleging that TenFold had materially breached its contract with that customer. On May 2, 2001, TenFold entered a Termination and Settlement Agreement with this customer under which the customer paid TenFold a compromised and confidential settlement amount.
"We are pleased that these customer disputes have been resolved on favorable terms for TenFold," said Nancy Harvey, president and CEO of TenFold Corporation. "The positive resolution of these two matters, together with the settlement of the Unitrin dispute in March, is very encouraging news for TenFold, our shareholders and our customers."
