Saint-Gobain takes legal action for trademark.

* Saint-Gobain Calmar Inc. recently initiated legal action against Arminak & Associates of Duarte, CA. The lawsuit alleges that Arminak is marketing products on the internet using Calmar's trademarks.

"Arminak is using two internet domain names, which include Calmar's federally registered

trademarks TS800 and Mixor, in order to attract potential customers to their website," said John McKernan, president of Saint-Gobain Calmar. "This misleading and deceptive activity violates federal and state law and constitutes trademark infringement, trademark counterfeiting and unfair competition."
