US Justice subpoenas Exactech.

Orthopaedic specialist Exactech Inc said it received a subpoena from the US Department of Justice, requesting documents from 1998 through the present related to service agreements between Exactech and orthopaedic surgeons.

This follows recent big payouts by several major orthopaedic companies
