Kohn lived and worked in Mongolia from 1998 to 2000 and has also worked

in other far corners of the world. He recounts his time in the country shortly after it elected its first government after the fall of communism. His perspectives include the winds of change, thundering hooves, the falcon swoop, an outing to Inner Mongolia, the summer rains, and where eagles dare. His color photographs do honor to his profession.
